These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FenceOffice ("Service"), operated by FenceOffice ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using FenceOffice, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
FenceOffice is a business management software platform designed for fence installation companies. The Service includes tools for estimating, CRM, job management, inventory tracking, time tracking, invoicing, and related business functions.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fenceoffice.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
FenceOffice offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into FenceOffice. We do not sell your data to third parties. We store your data securely and use it only to provide and improve the Service. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export.

FenceOffice and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Google Maps, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FenceOffice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@fenceoffice.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Oregon.
