Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and state. This is required to create and manage your account.
Business data you enter: Leads, quotes, jobs, customers, inventory, time records, and other information you enter into FenceOffice. This is your data and you own it.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, actions taken, and error logs. This helps us improve the product.
Payment information: Billing is processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain those communications to provide assistance.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate FenceOffice:

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase and Netlify. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure API authentication, and access controls.
No system is 100% secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export it before deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@fenceoffice.com.

FenceOffice uses localStorage (browser storage) to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
FenceOffice is a business software platform not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If your FenceOffice account includes SMS features, messages are sent through Twilio using your company's Twilio account. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
